Job Description

As a member of our AIG Client Care Center, you will be helping clients with various financial services that impact their annuities. You will be receiving inbound calls to provide Customer Service Support to Internal Marketing Organizations, agents and customers.

Organizational Structure: 
This position reports a Call Center Manager and is on a team of 10 to 15 CSPs that works closely with internal and external customers and other departments researching alternative approaches to meet the client needs.

Performance Objectives:

  • It is pertinent that you are at work on time and during your shift each work day.
  • Successfully Complete a 6 weeks training course and a 4 week “Bridge” environment
  • Exhibit strong customer service
  • Identify the CCC’s Key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Provide clear and concise information to our agents and clients as it pertains to their annuity or annuity question
  • Be able to possess strong verbal communication with both internal and external customers
  • Based on your performance and KPI ranking your shift is made. It is important that you have the flexibility to work the shifts within our department

Position Requirements: 
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Prior call center experience or relevant experience.
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • Simultaneously work multiple screens at one time.
  • Availability to work different shifts between the hours of 7:00 A.M to 8 P.M
